Shoshin Karate
Shoshin warriors (4 to 7)
The Shoshin Warriors program blends fun and valuable life lessons to help children build confidence and discipline early on.
This program is designed for our youngest karate-ka, introducing Karate in an exciting, safe, and controlled environment. Our instructors utilize specific techniques, drills, and games to keep the students engaged and focused throughout the class period while at the same time learning and practicing valuable life skills of confidence and respect for themselves and others.

What makes us different?

Physical Fitness
According to the Center for Disease Control, less than one-quarter (24%) of children 6 to 17 years of age participate in 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Karate gives students a healthy physical activity that will develop strength and endurance as well as enhanced focus and confidence.

Social Skills
In the Shoshin Warriors program, focus is on the personal development aspects of martial arts training. Your child will learn etiquette and respect for others by participating in group activities.

Discipline
In the Shoshin Warrior program, we promote self-discipline and focus that positively impacts your child’s everyday life both at home and at school.
