Shoshin Karate
Classes
At Shoshin Karate, our students are challenged in every class to attain their highest level of individual performance in the martial arts.

Shoshin Warriors (4 - 7 Years)
Develop your child’s essential skills of self discipline and respect that will apply to all areas of life in a fun and social environment.

Adult Karate (13+ years)
Shoshin Karate brings a unique perspective of teaching traditional Okinawan karate including the knowledge and history of the art. We utilize partner drills in conjunction with Kata (Forms) practice that is seldom found in other martial arts schools.

Juniors (8-12 Years)
Focused on the intermediate years, students learn focus, respect for themselves and others, physical fitness, and the basics of self defense.

Kobudo (8+ Years)
Our students learn and practice the art of traditional Okinawan weapons including the Bo, Jo, and Tonfa. Similar to our karate discipline, Kobudo focuses on a combination of Kata (Form) and partner drills.
